I am John William. I works as a technical support executive in one of the leading firm. I started my career in the year 2008 as a support executive and now its been 9 years of experience working in a same industry.

I am graduated with the MCA ( Master in computer application). In my first semester, I've learned various programming language such as C, C++, Java, etc. But my core interest was in customer services. So I've choose it as my career.

In my organization there are more than 200+ customer care executive that works really hard to resolve every customer issue. Also our company is recognized as the best service provider company because completely take care of every single customers.

Also, I always keeps me updated with the latest market trend and technology specially with the printers technology. I spent my 8 hrs daily at the office and at home I love reading books and playing soccer. Also I am a avid writer often writes technology blogs for online magazines.
