About me

Days spent on the field. Crazy parties missed. Weekend hang outs blown.

Hours of hard work, tons of sweat, never ending sprints. Training all year.

Thousands of euros spent, long trips, sneaking out on tournaments. Screaming coaches, horrible refs, bitchy opponents.

At times wanting to give it all up.

Being on the road or at practice running your ass off on your birthday. Leaving the day after Thanksgiving for some tournament, missing vacations and Spring Break.

Trying to explain your game to your friends who have no idea what you're talking about.

Tears, blood shed, broken bones, pouring perspiration. Defending the toughness of the sport.

BIG DREAMS

Would I change any of it?

HELL NO

Why?

Because there's no better feeling in the world than when you come back to the bench and your family, not your parents and sister, but your 22 brothers who are there to congratulate you after stopping a goal, making an unbelievable check, doing a sweet behind the back, making a crisp clear down field or winning the championship.

All this after years of hard work.
