The Retarded Rats:

Neo-Psychobilly from East Germany!

In the deepest depth of Germany's wild, wild east three rats scraped their living by being tormented for new medical innovations for the human race. Chance brought it about, that in summer 2009 a huge detonation shook the ground and the rats were flushed out of the lab by a flood of strange, uninvestigated chemicals.

Whilst the three discovered the taste of freedom aka this awesome drink called „beer“, they strolled around and found a dry place for the night in a rehearsal room. They created some weird oldschool sounds and spread out to infiltrate the psychobilly scene and propagate their songs at festivals like the Satanic Stomp, the Psychomania Rumble or the Bedlam Breakout.

Suddenly the guitar rat felt victim of a cruel disease called Oi!menzia in the summer of 2012. The remaining rats strolled around – confused and lost in this scarry place most people know as world. But listen! Evil guitar sounds crawled in their ears, whilst hangin' around in their favourite gutter. Was it real or just in their minds? A huge creature, mentioned as the Phantom Rat, appeared out of the dark shadows around them. The Retarded Rats were completed to rock through the nights again. And they're still goin' on.
