The Loft und EARLY BIRDS präsentieren Euch den PING PONG KLUB. Nach dem glorreichen Auftakt geht der Ping Pong Klub in die nächste Runde.

Die Party(-ie) wird um 21.30 Uhr im Café von Scott Foster Harris, seiner seits Frontman der LA Gnus, eröffnet. Er wird euch mit seinem Country/Tribal Blues Rock und seiner unverwechselbaren Stimme vom Hocker hauen.

Im Anschluss schlagen die Herren vom Alternative Floor auf. Diesmal steht die St.Pöltner Ping Pong Legende Manshee den alteingesessenen Rückschlagsportlern Rick und Sheriff helfend zur Seite. Sie knallen euch eine Mischung aus Alternative, Indie, Punk & Rock, bis hin zu New Wave, Hip Hop und Dreampop mit ordentlich Spin um den Latz.

Es kündigt sich ein spektakulärer Ballwechsel mit dem – im Untergeschoss befindlichen – EARLY BIRDS Floor an. Dieser ist mit dem Team Matt Modny, Noisolepsy und J’aime Julien äußerst angriffslustig aufgestellt. Ob Vor- oder Rückhand, hier fliegen nur die besten Beats herum. So viel Körpereinsatz färbt ab und bringt auch das letzte Tanzbein in Schwung. Spiel. Satz. Sieg.

Scott Foster Harris
Scott discovered the musical facet of his soul at the age of nineteen. While healing from an injury he sustained as a rodeo bull rider, Scott became completely and utterly obsessed with music and poetry along with a variety of other creative avenues, including acting. Temporarily unable to ride, he began an entirely different venture with unrestrained and unapologetic enthusiasm consisting of teaching himself to play multiple instruments and, almost immediately, writing and singing songs.

One by one he put his band (Zen Rizing) together and shortly there-after moved them all out to LA to pursue their kind of music. Within the first year they had accomplished such feats as winning an LA Music Award for ‘rock single of the year’ for their tune “Heaven In Your Eyes”, establishing a residency at the Whisky A Go Go, receiving airplay on 95.5, opening for Ray Manzarek and Robbie Krieger of The Doors, and becoming regular fixtures on such stages as

In late 2011 Zen Rizing called it quits for personal/family reasons stemming from 2 of the band members, thus leaving Scott without his band. He then took to job as frontman for LA Guns and started recording an album with the Tracii Guns’ League of Gentlemen. After touring the world yet again and finishing the League’s album, Scott, having always been a huge fan of Europe, decided to spend his down time in Vienna, Austria…a city that just “feels like home.”
