Joanna Coleman alias KEINPONNY deals with error cultures, interference signals, random systems and sensory overload. Their artistic work revolves around the investigation of generative systems in their transdisciplinarity using soundscapes and rhythms of rave, trance and neo-gabber. The thematization of neoliberal commodification asks what is a 'good' signal and what is a 'bad' signal, what has value.The consciously initiated sensory overload/overstimulation also leads aspects of a burnout and ADHD generation ad absurdum: too much happens at the same time, multitasking to the point of overload, mental risk areas and ecstasy are closely related.

Cate Hops is an anthropologist, curator, dj, radio host, performer and improviser based in Berlin.
In her live sets she shifts from ambient noise and experimental electronics to speedcore and gabber
influenced harsh noise walls, while she improvises with DiY synths, effected voice, radios, kitchen tools,
kids' toys, furniture and other media.
In 2018 she founded 'Sound System Culture: On the Radical Roots of Rave' a transdisciplinary event series
which aims to actively involve the audience. Together with other activists co-established the Fem*noise network
for female, trans and non-binary artists in the noise-experimental scene.
