Das Londoner Quartett mit Talking Heads-Sound gibt ihr Wien-Debüt. Artificial Pleasure sind eine frische Band aus London, die an die Energie großer Helden wie Talking Heads, The Velvet Undergound oder Gary Numan anschliessen. Der Sänger und Gitarrist Phil McDonnell pendelt musikalisch zwischen den kantigen Gitarrenriffs von Gang of Four und der emotionalen Stimme von Kevin Rowland. Schlagzeuger Lee Jordan ist von Jazzgrößen wie Art Blakey oder Pat Mohoney inspiriert. Artificial Pleasure sind eine der interessanten neuen Namen aus dem Musikland England, das nun seine erste Show in Wien spielen wird.
